Tree Removal

The Ninth Circuit upheld a ruling in favor of the Forest Service and Fish and Wildlife Service in a dispute challenging the agencies’ actions in connection with the approval of the Bagley Hazard Tree Abatement Project, which was designed to identify and remove fire-damaged trees that pose a danger to drivers on the Shasta-Trinity National Forest’s roadways.
