The Third Circuit allowed an airline passenger to sue the Transportation Security Administration for “torment” and “abuse” she suffered from TSA screeners at Philadelphia International Airport,  including “forcing her to crawl under a table” to reach the belongings they had taken from her, and damaged, and allegedly causing her to be falsely charged with 10 crimes.

Texas Attorney General Demands Records on Chick-Fil-A Vote

The San Antonio City Council’s vote to exclude fast-food chain Chick-fil-A from its airport sparked a lawsuit Monday from Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton, who seeks to force the release of documents that he says would shed light “on the religious bigotry that animated its decision.”
