YETI beats bootleggers

AUSTIN, Texas — A federal court in Texas ruled in favor of the outdoor company YETI Coolers in its trademark suit against retailers that sold YETI-branded products that had been sent for destruction. The unauthorized sales could mislead consumers into buying subpar products that did not meet YETI’s standards.
