SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit revived a manicurist’s hostile work environment claim against Wynn Las Vegas. The male manicurist was subject to unwelcome sexual advances by a customer, and his manager “not only failed to take immediate corrective action” but also directed the employee to return to the customer and complete his pedicure.
