SAN FRANCISCO — A federal court in California refused to block Kaiser Permanente’s employee vaccine mandate because the company is a private entity that voluntarily adopted the policy and it would be harmed if there is a delay to implementation of the policy, which it has “reasonably determined is necessary to further the health and safety of its workforce and patients."
