Sexual harassment

CINCINNATI — The Sixth Circuit revived a University of Toledo student’s suit alleging the school was deliberately indifferent to her claims that one of her instructors sexually harassed her. Standards for such claims relating to student-on-student harassment don’t apply to teacher-student sexual harassment, the court ruled.
