Power lines

CHICAGO — The Seventh Circuit ruled federal litigation challenging construction of a $500 million, 100-mile power line in Wisconsin must be stayed pending developments in parallel state litigation. The suits allege two of the three commissioners who approved a permit for the construction and operation of the line had conflicts of interest and should have recused themselves.
