No relief for terror plotter

PHILADELPHIA (CN) — The Third Circuit declined to grant post-conviction relief to a man who was one of five high schoolers who plotted a Jihad-motivated attack on the Fort Dix Army post in 2006, finding his underlying medical condition is not so bad that he qualifies for compassionate release due to Covid-19.
