BELLEVILLE, Ill. (CN) - A man claims a stripper kicked him "squarely in the mouth with her high heeled shoe" during a performance.
Andrew Deluca sued PT's Showclub in St. Clair County Court.
Deluca says he was "lawfully upon the premises" at the Centerville strip club, presumably in the front row, "where one of the defendant's employees was performing her act" on Feb. 10, 2010.
"During her performance, the employee struck the plaintiff squarely in the mouth with her high heeled shoe, thereby causing severe and permanent injury," Deluca says.
He says the club "failed to properly train the employee so that her foot would not extend in the area commonly and customarily utilized by its invitee;" and "failed to warn its customers and invitees, including the plaintiff, about the danger of standing in the area of the raised stage".
As a result, he says, he had to "hire the services of dentists for treatment of those injuries and in the future will be required to obtain further services of dentists; he has suffered great pain and mental anguish and will in the future suffer great pain and mental anguish." the complaint states.
Deluca sued VCG Holding Corp. dba PT's Showclub for damages of $50,000 or less. He is represented by John Bitzer of Collinsville.
