ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A federal court in New Mexico dismissed for lack of standing a challenge against a state law that requires organizations to disclose their donors and their “sponsorship of issue advocacy,” finding the plaintiff groups failed to prove concrete injuries rather than “abstract concerns.”
