Health Care Costs

A federal court in California preliminarily approved a settlement between Sutter Health and the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union and Employer Benefit Trust and the state in a suit alleging the company’s anticompetitive practices raised health care costs for people in Northern California. Sutter must pay $575 million.

Sutter must pay $575 million.
