Two Wisconsin middle schoolers can continue with their First Amendment claims against their school, which would not allow them to wear T-shirts with images of firearms and pro-gun rights text, a federal court in Wisconsin ruled. Each of the shirts “plausibly” amounts to constitutionally protected speech.
