LAKELAND, Fla. — An appeals court in Florida ruled a lower court must reconsider a YouTuber’s petition for protection from stalking against another YouTuber. After the woman appeared on Thomas Jerome Harris’ channel, she began receiving threatening emails, texts and phone calls, which included death threats and photos of mutilated human bodies.
