CHICAGO (CN) - Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center allowed an 11-year-old child in its care to be attacked by an adult registered sexual predator and shielded the predator by preventing his victim from testifying about the attack, let a baby lie unconscious for more than half an hour after a fall before it called 911, allowed another registered sexual predator to stay there, humiliated a pregnant woman who sought only basic sanitary services, and fired an employee who reported all this to a state representative, David Lowery claims in Cook County Court.
