MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Supreme Court found in a 4-3 decisions that the lower court properly dismissed a woman’s lawsuit against the Amateur Athletic Union for negligent supervision and hiring after she was sexually assaulted as a teen by her youth basketball coach, who had been convicted of child sexual assault years earlier. The majority said that a three-year statute of limitation applies, as the suit was brought when the woman was 34.
