PORTLAND, ORE. (CN) - A woman who worked for Owen Media, a PR firm, claims her female boss had a sexual affair with the plaintiff's boyfriend and sent her on company-related trips so the boss could have him to herself for a few days. She claims that when he spilled the beans and she complained to the owner, he refused to discipline anyone. The plaintiff quit and sued the company and both bosses, alleging emotional distress, wrongful discharge, privacy invasion and interference with economic relations, in Multnomah County Court.
