Wild Horses

The Ninth Circuit upheld a ruling in favor of the Bureau of Land Management in an action challenging its Antelope and Triple B complexes plan. The bureau did not violate the Wild Free-Roaming Horses and Burros Act, as animal advocacy group Friends of Animals had claimed.
