Who’s Who CEO Accused

COLUMBUS, Ohio (CN) - The CEO of Who's Who Publishing demanded that an employee "come to his house and strip for him," she says in Franklin County Court. She says C. Sunny Martin asked "if she recalled his 'three strikes and you're out policy,'" and then told her "that she had refused to come to his house to strip for him on three occasions and that he no longer had time for her."

The woman says she was forced to quit after enduring this and other harassment, which she reported to other superiors, without result. She is represented in Franklin County Court by John Sherrod with Willis & Willis of Hilliard, Ohio.
