‘Where’s The Money?’ Feds Ask Forex Trader

CHICAGO (CN) - One World Capital Group of Winnetka and its president John Edward Walsh of Lake Forest refused to return $4 million they owe customers, have inadequate reserves to pay debts, and their record-keeping is so shoddy that Walsh told the Commodity Futures Trading Commission he doesn't know how much he owes his forex customers, the CFTC claims in Federal Court.See complaint.
