TUSCALOOSA (CN) - After a worker complained that her boss at Titlemax of Alabama sexually harassed and pawed her, the HR manager to whom she complained had her reprimanded for wearing a skirt that was "too bright for winter," and for not wearing high heels, then fired her, she claims in Federal Court.
