What Brown Did To Me

LOS ANGELES (CN) – United Parcel Service harassed and fired him for filing a class-action overtime complaint on behalf of 1,300 supervisors, Michael Marlo claims in Superior Court. He claims UPS also retaliated for his being subpoenaed to testify to government investigators about UPS’ alleged OSHA violations, and for trying to unionize workers.

Marlo, who worked for UPS for 22 years until it fired him two weeks ago, demands punitive damages for retaliation, wrongful firing, interference, defamation, emotional distress, false imprisonment and conversion. He also sued Diversified Risk Management. He is represented by Furutani & Peters.
