Weapons Now May Go to U.N. and Media in Libya

WASHINGTON (CN) - The State Department has added exceptions to its International Traffic in Arms Regulations, which prevent the transfer or sale of weapons and other material to Libya, to allow the provisioning of United Nations personnel, representatives of the media, and humanitarian and development workers and associated personnel.
