Water rights

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit revived the Navajo Nation’s breach of trust claim alleging the U.S. Department of the Interior, the U.S. the Bureau of Reclamation and the Bureau of Indian Affairs failed to consider its “as-yet-undetermined water rights in managing the Colorado River.”
