WASHINGTON — A federal court in Washington tossed former President Donald Trump’s defamation case against the Washington Post over two articles it published in 2019 concerning his alleged collusion with Russia to interfere during the 2016 election. The Trump Campaign did not establish actual malice on the newspaper’s part.
