Washington Appeals Court

CONTRACT - The Washington Appeals Court affirmed dismissal of a lawsuit filed by a man who claimed he was unable to buy a winning lottery ticket because the "draw break" for the Mega Millions lottery occurred early. The court ruled that because the plaintiff did not buy the ticket, he was not entitled to a jackpot prize.
