LAS VEGAS — A federal court in Nevada dismissed a class action against hotel operators on the Las Vegas Strip for allegedly inflating the price of hotel rooms by using a single pricing software. The factual allegations were inadequate, for example, the suing guests could not show that all the hotels used the same pricing algorithm; they may amend their claims within a month.
