‘Vax-a-Million’

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio Supreme Court dismissed, for lack of standing, a challenge by Ohio Stands Up to the state’s “Vax-a-Million” lottery. The group claimed the lottery unconstitutionally took funds from the public treasury without General Assembly authorization and discriminated against people who didn’t want to be vaccinated.
