Valley fever

SAN FRANCISCO — A federal court in California dismissed claims against two former and current federal receivers overseeing the California prison medical health care system in a suit brought by 41 current or former prisoners who say they contracted Valley fever while incarcerated. The receivers are immune, the court ruled.
