Vaccine Exemption

An appeals court in New York upheld a ruling against parents seeking to have the repeal of the state’s religious exemption to required schoolchildrens’ vaccines declared unconstitutional. The court ruled that although the repeal “may force parents to make difficult decisions for their families,” it doesn’t interfere with their right to communicate any message they like.

The court ruled that although the repeal “may force parents to make difficult decisions for their families,” it doesn’t interfere with their right to communicate any message they like.
