Union Drive

The National Labor Relations Board wants Vanguard Car Rental enjoined from threatening, firing and retaliating against employees during a union drive, in Dallas Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: FedEx, Meritage Homes of California, JP Morgan Chase & Co., and Sopp Ford, in Los Angeles Superior Court; FedEx, in San Diego Federal Court; Lumetra Co., for a mass layoff, in Oakland, Calif., Federal Court; Autozoners LLC, in Clark County Court, Las Vegas; Flagship Resort Development dba Fanta Sea Resorts, in Camden, N.J., Federal Court; Brickman Group, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court; Remen Imports, Eric Elkins Electric, and Global CPE Network, in Tampa Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
