Trump beats election complaint

CHICAGO — An appeals court in Illinois vacated a lower court’s judgment in a lawsuit that challenged whether Donald Trump may appear on primary election ballots. In light of the Supreme Court’s Trump v. Anderson ruling in early March, the lower court lacks jurisdiction to consider the objection.
