Travelers Faces Another Antitrust Claim

WASHINGTON (CN) - The District of Columbia accuses The Travelers Cos. of conspiring to restrain trade, fix prices, divide markets and allocate customers for insurance services nationwide, in an antitrust complaint in Superior Court. This is a spinoff of the Marsh & McLennan litigation; Oregon sued Travelers in a similar complaint last week. See complaint.
