CINCINNATI – A federal court in Ohio dismissed part of a Title IX coordinator’s suit against the University of Cincinnati relating to her dismissal for sending a letter to the student newspaper listing resources for victims of sexual assault after the university granted an award to a transfer student accused of rape.
The coordinator’s Title IX retaliation claim may continue, but her Title VII retaliation claim is dismissed.
