‘Third World Dentistry’

SAN FRANCISCO - An Egyptian dentist who was chided for her "Third World Dentistry" while working for a U.S. credential at the University of the Pacific does not have a case for national-origin discrimination, the 9th Circuit ruled Tuesday.
