That’s Quite A Business Expense

SAN DIEGO (CN) – General Motors and Aerotek required its district managers to drive GM cars no more than 2 years old, but did not reimburse them for it, or for other expenses, and stiffed them for overtime, are among the complaints in a class action in Superior Court.

Named plaintiff Brian Hough claims GM and Aerotek required him to drive the nearly new GM cars in the course of his job pushing GM’s “ACDelco” products.
He demands punitive damages for illegal business practices, unfair business practices, and Labor Code violations. He is represented by Harvey Berger with Pope, Berger & Williams.
