DALLAS (CN) - Three people died after injecting "adulterated and misbranded Colchicine" produced by Apothecure and Spectra Pharm, both owned by pharmacist Gary Osborn, who sold the drug across state lines to people not legally entitled to receive it, the State of Texas claims in Dallas County Court. Texas claims Osborn also illegally sells other drugs that have been withdrawn from the market. See complaint.
