VICTORIA, TEXAS (CN) - In a federal lawsuit, Goliad County claims the Uranium Energy Corp. contaminated drinking water with uranium and lied to state and federal regulators by providing bogus "baseline" water samples from the aquifer that the company actually obtained after its mining had contaminated the aquifer.
