MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit rejected Mostafa Kamel Mostafa’s appeal of his 11 terrorism-related convictions, including conspiring to take hostages, finding they were supported by “ample” evidence, such as testimony showing the former imam provided satellite telephones to the kidnappers of 16 tourists, including two Americans, in Yemen in 2004.
