CHICAGO — A federal court in Illinois partially allowed the mother of a child who died after drinking tainted baby formula to refile her complaint against the company that developed the formula, Abbott Laboratories. She is among dozens of parents whose children suffered necrotizing enterocolitis and died from drinking the formula.
