HOUSTON — A Texas federal judge found in favor of an oil and gas company on its breach of contract claim against Wells Fargo, which failed to sell the company‘s stocks in January 2020, as requested, and instead sold them in March after Covid-19 caused the stock market to plummet, costing the company $39 million.
