(CN) - The State of California claims two businesses are fraudulently selling "immigration services." The state seeks injunctions against Fernando and Ana Maria Zertuche dba Sierra Business Services, and against Regina and Alejandra Vilanova dba Vilanova Services & More, in Fresno Superior Court. The State of Tennessee filed similar charges against Elmer Virula dba TPS Professional Services and three other of his "Professional Services" corporations, in Davidson County Court, Nashville.
