ATLANTA (CN) - Google defrauded an inventor of his idea for the "Google Sky" concept, which applies the ideas and capabilities of Google Earth to outer space, Jonathan Cobb claims in Federal Court. He claims Google's product, launched in August 2007, was stolen from his Googlesky discussion group, which he established in 2006, and which included Google Earth managers and operators as members.
