SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Court of Appeals found the lower court should not have revoked a temporary stalking injunction granted for a high school student who was receiving unwanted messages from an autistic student who’d threatened suicide on social media, prompting her to call 911. He sent her messages about “hit lists” she appeared on and told her “die bitch” — which would cause fear or emotional distress for a reasonable person.
