PHILADELPHIA – A Pennsylvania appeals court vacated a ruling in favor of a Dallas Cowboys fan who filed a personal injury lawsuit against the owners of the Philadelphia Eagles’ stadium after he was attacked by Eagles fans while he was waiting in line to use the restroom.

There is insufficient evidence to support the conclusion that the owners were “aware that violent assaults regularly took place in the stadium’s restrooms.”
