DALLAS — A federal court in Texas sanctioned Southwest Airlines for rewording a court-ordered release to its attendants in which it said “Southwest does not discriminate against employees for their religious practices and beliefs,” which made it sound as though the court were “bequeathing Southwest a badge of honor for not discriminating.”
