Solar power problems

BALTIMORE — A federal court in Maryland dismissed solar companies’ fraudulent concealment claim, but not their product liability, tort and contract claims, against a manufacturer who allegedly sold them defective electric power safety cutoff devices. The devices allegedly overheated and failed at times, creating fire and electric shock hazards.
