MINNEAPOLIS (CN) - Ruyan of America claims Soterra Inc. stole its patented electronic cigarette that delivers nicotine to addicts without fire. Ruyan says its butt uses an LED display to make it look like a real cigarette. It says it met with Soterra to discuss marketing and distribution, and Soterra swiped the idea and is making and selling an identical butt. See complaint.
