Skydive Hawaii

HONOLULU — A federal court in Hawaii ruled that the term “Skydive Hawaii” is a common and obvious description of any Hawaiian skydiving company’s services, so one skydiving firm cannot sue others for infringing on its supposed trademark on the phrase, which is a case of “classic fair use.”
