Shutterfly settlement

SAN JOSE, Calif. — A federal court in California granted final approval of a settlement in which a class claimed that Shutterfly's advertising of promotional deals was misleading and deceptive. Under the agreement, Shutterfly will make certain disclosures about terms and conditions and class members who redeemed their Groupons will receive a promotional code and shipping code or, in some cases, a cash refund of a percentage of their purchase.
