MANHATTAN — The Second Circuit upheld a district court order allowing the federal government to garnish $921,000 from two retirement accounts held by Evan Greebel, a former attorney for “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli. Greebel faces a $10 million restitution order from his convictions as a co-conspirator to Shkreli’s plan to defraud investors.
